Steph Curry & Viola Davis To Produce Documentary Based On The 2015 Charleston Church Shooting

A documentary based film of the 2015 #CharlestonChurch shooting is underway; set to be produced by #StephCurry and #ViolaDavis

The horrific tragedy occurred when white supremacist #DylanRoof , 24 entered Charleston Church murdering 9 church goers.

According to #Deadline ; the documentary is entitled “ Emmanuel “ which will involve various interviews of survivors and family members directly affected by the tragic day. “Emmanuel  “ depicts justice, survival and forgiveness ; created within collaboration of the people of Charleston.
